Typically, we represent people whose lives have been altered by the misconduct of others. We pursue class actions on behalf of thousands of consumers.  We also selectively represent clients in business disputes.

We are guided professionally and philosophically by our founder and lead partner, George A. Googasian, a former president of the State Bar of Michigan. Peers nationwide have recognized George for his achievements as a trial lawyer and his contributions to the profession.

Partners Thomas H. Howlett, Craig M. Weber, and Dean M. Googasian are continuing the firm's traditions of serious representation of people and committed service to the profession and the community.  All of the firm's partners were recognized by Michigan's Super Lawyers in 2008, 2009 and 2010.
