What we do. Our firm specializes in representing people who have suffered serious and catastrophic harm due to the misconduct of others.

Typically, we represent people in pursuit of claims against hospitals, doctors, manufacturers and the owners and operators of premises, vehicles and machines.  We also represent large numbers of persons harmed in similar ways via class actions.

We also pursue selected contractual and other commercial disputes on behalf of people, groups and companies. These cases include claims of legal malpractice against other law firms and consumer protection law violations against businesses.

We are not, and do not aim to be, a law firm that handles every conceivable legal matter for every potential client. We are trial lawyers who pursue serious cases for people who have suffered or face significant harm.
